These Terms cover the Site, not the Service. Access to and use of Vakari’s finance operations software (the “Service”) is governed by a separate written agreement between Vakari and your organization — not by these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the Service, that agreement controls. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract on these Terms for the Service.
