What is Vakari?
Vakari is the first Procure to Close platform: connected finance operations on one data model. What is Procure to Close?
Procure-to-pay tools stop when the invoice is staged for payment; the accruals, journal entries and month-end work are still left to your team. How is Vakari priced?
On consumption: you pay for the work Vakari completes, such as requests orchestrated, invoices processed and journal entries posted. Never per seat. The close checklist (Close Tasks) is free.
Is Close Tasks really free?
Yes. The close calendar, tasks, owners, dependencies and sign-off are free. Connected Close, where Vakari prepares entries from the record and posts them to your ERP, is priced per automated entry. Compare the two.
Do employees need training to use Vakari?
No. Employees ask for what they need in plain English, and the agent turns it into a complete request, routed by your policy and approval limits. When the easy way is the compliant way, adoption drives compliance.
How is Vakari different from Coupa, BlackLine, or Tipalti?
Those tools each own one square (procurement, the close, or AP) on their own data model, so the work between them lands on your finance team. Vakari is one connected record across procurement, contracts + e-Sign, AP and the close, built AI-native from the start. The reconciliation between systems doesn’t get automated; it stops existing, because the data never diverges.
Does Vakari's AI act on its own?
By default, AI proposes and humans confirm: every action arrives as a proposal a person approves before anything posts, pays, or closes, with full provenance for the auditor. Where a customer wants it, Vakari can also take defined actions autonomously, configured deliberately, scoped to the outcomes you choose, and always traceable. You decide how much autonomy fits your controls.
Is Vakari secure and audit-ready?
Vakari is built to be audit-grade by default: every action carries its provenance back to the source, so the trail is a byproduct of how the work is done, not something assembled at quarter-end. We are targeting SOC 2 readiness in Q1 2027.
